Authors should submit an abstract of the proposed paper and, after notification by the Scientific Committee, submit the full paper to be included in the Proceedings (to be published digitally) and an extended abstract (to be published in a book).
All papers will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee, which will make the final decision on the acceptance of the paper and the presentation form (oral presentation or poster).
Please note that each registered author is allowed to present only one oral presentation.
Also, at least one author of each accepted paper must be registered to the conference for the paper to be included in the Proceedings.
The official language of the Conference is English.
